CorePower Yoga Members
I have worked with CorePower Yoga since I started my practice in 2005. I have a special kinship with CorePower as that is where I first stepped onto my yoga mat in 2001. I have donated countless hours to the studios around Denver, Boulder, and Ft. Collins lecturing on biomechanics and injury prevention. I recently had the pleasure of teaching anatomy to their yoga teacher trainees. I love working with yogi’s and getting them back to their yoga practice as quickly as possible. For that I offer half off the initial consultation fee at my office to all CPY members with a valid key card.

CPY Instructors:In an effort to keep you injury free and teaching classes, I offer half off ALL services here in my office. (You must be a current instructor and employed by CPY.) Our massage therapist offers 20% off to all yoga and fitness instructors as well. Keep that in mind the next time you have an ache or a pain or if you’d just like some help with your chaturanga.

Just because running is an individual sport, doesn’t mean you have to train in pain. Let me help you with your running-related aches and pains. I treat plantar fasciitis, IT Band syndrome, patellar tracking disorders, shin splits, and much more with Active Release Technique. All Runner’s Edge members that are current and on the member roster receive half off their initial consultation in my office. I want to help you make your goal race with a personal best.
